15-day returns
Return any unworn piece within 15 days with its tag and box. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Easy exchange
Exchange any Carpe diém piece within 30 days for a different size or design.
Free resizing
Rings are resized free. Send it to us and we'll return it within 7 days.
Free pickup
Message us to start a return or exchange. We pick it up from your door.
Custom pieces
Engraved or made-to-order pieces can't be returned, but they can still be exchanged.
Refund timing
Refunds reach your account within 5 to 7 working days after the piece passes our quality check.
Shipping, payment & privacy

Shipping & delivery
We ship across India. Most orders reach you in 4 to 7 days. We share your tracking details on WhatsApp once your order ships, and you can also use Track your order at any time.
Payment
Pay by UPI, or choose cash on delivery with a 50% advance by UPI and the balance when your order arrives. Prices are in Indian rupees. We never see or store your bank or card details.
Jewelry care
Keep your jewelry dry and away from perfume, creams and water. Store each piece in its pouch and wipe it gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Plated jewelry keeps its shine longest with this care.
Privacy
When you order we collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address, only to confirm, deliver and support your order. Sign-in with Google shares only your name and email. Your details are stored securely with Google Firebase and sent to our own WhatsApp so we can process your order. They are never sold, and are shared with a courier only to deliver your order. Message us on WhatsApp or email to see or delete your data.
Terms of sale
An order is confirmed after we check your payment. Photos may look slightly different from the piece because of lighting and screens. If a price or stock error happens, we will tell you and offer a full refund. Returns and exchanges follow the policy above. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

How do I find my ring size?
Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it meets, and measure it in millimetres. Send us the number and we'll tell you your size.
How do I use my Instagram coupon?
Type the code we send you into the coupon box at checkout and tap Apply. The discount comes off your total straight away.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders reach you in 4 to 7 days. We share tracking on WhatsApp once your order ships.
