Buying jewelry online should feel safe. Here's how it works.
15-day returns
Return any unworn piece within 15 days with its tag and box. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Easy exchange
Exchange any Carpe diém piece within 30 days for a different size or design.
Free resizing
Rings are resized free. Send it to us and we'll return it within 7 days.
Free pickup
Message us to start a return or exchange. We pick it up from your door.
Custom pieces
Engraved or made-to-order pieces can't be returned, but they can still be exchanged.
Refund timing
Refunds reach your account within 5 to 7 working days after the piece passes our quality check.

How do I find my ring size?
Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it meets, and measure it in millimetres. Send us the number and we'll tell you your size.
How do I use my Instagram coupon?
Type the code we send you into the coupon box at checkout and tap Apply. The discount comes off your total straight away.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders reach you in 4 to 7 days. We share tracking on WhatsApp once your order ships.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep it dry, away from perfume, and store it in its pouch. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
